Why I use this to advance my sleep and more!

Hey guys. Most of you know my sleep is pretty important to me. And im letting you in a few tricks that I use to guarantee that my sleep is amazing and on point.

This is one trick I used to guarantee a good nights sleep and here's why.

Firstly once I have helped clean up sleep hygiene and routine and still need a little help I will most often recommend this.

The one thing I often advise people look into is taking magnesium. BUT as you know and as I say with most things magnesium is not created equal as with any food source or other vitamin and mineral. And below is why on this certain one. Now magnesium is know to help with sleep but let me tell you this also.
